  1. Tomar el filete de pescado y cortar en dos partes iguales( mitad - mitad). Sal pimentar al gusto y la media onza de aceiye de oliva,tomar la mitad del limón y sacar el jugó echarlo en un envase e introducir el pescado en el,empapar el pescado bien con el zumo de limón ,reservarlo bien tapado por 3 minutos.
  2. Tomar la cebolla,apio, puerro y la zanahoria y cortar en julianas,tomar el papel aluminio colocar vegetales de los cortados en julianas y la ramita de albahaca, luego poner los pedazos de pescados ( ya reservados) poner vegetales por encima de nuevo y las ramitas de hinojo y tomillo agregar por encima el zumo que queda en el envase después de sacar el pescado.
  3. Luego echo lo anterior envolver bien el pescado en el papel aluminio y llevar al horno por 10 minutos, luego pasado el tiempo de cocción sacar del horno ,servir y cocar los vegetales en forma de decoración y tomar la mitad que queda del limón,cortar en rodajas y colocar por encima y listo!!!! A disfrutar de un delicioso filete papillote.
