- 1 cdta pasta de vainilla
- 20 g galletas integrales s/a

- Trituramos las galletas de los donuts
- En un bol añadimos los ingredinetes secos: harina de avena, galletas trituradas, eritritol, cacao y levadura
- En otro bol mezclamos ingredientes húmedos: huevos, leche, vainilla, AOVE y yogur
- Vamos añadiendo los ingredientes secos en los húmedos y mezclamos hasta integrar
Precalentamos el horno a 180º sin aire - Engrasamos nuestros moldes y aladimos la mezcla dejando un cm sin rellenar
- Horneamos 15'. Sacamos del horno y dejamos atemperar completamente antes de desmoldar
- Troceamos las galletas de la cobertura
- Derretimos el chocolate con el aceite de coco en el micro en intervalos de 30'
- Añadimos la pasta de vainilla y mezclamos. Después añadimos las galletas troceadas y mezclamos para repartir
- Bañamos los donuts hasta la mitad y dejamos escurrir el exceso. En mi caso luego he ido añadiendo chocolate y galleta por encima porque al bañarlo se quedaban todas las galletas en el bol
- Refrigeramos 10' y listo
