- Con un cortador de galletas (yo no tenía redondo y lo hice con forma de flor) vamos cortando nuestras galletas y las colocamos cuidadosamente sobre otro papel de hornear encima de la bandeja de horno
- Con la masa que sobra hacemos una bola y repetimos la operación hasta que no quede nada
- Horneamos 10-12'. Después dejamos que se enfríen completamente sobre una rejilla. Tened mucho cuidado al manejarlas porque son muy frágiles
- Una vez frías preparamos el relleno. Ponemos en un bol los ingredientes. La leche de coco que esté fría. Batimos con unas varillas eléctricas hasta que quede una textura similar a la nata montada
- Rellenamos una manga pastelera para proceder al relleno. Lo añadimos a una galleta y ponemos otra por encima a modo de sándwich
- Refrigera 15' y a disfrutar
