  16. 1/2 lata maíz dulce
  17. 1/2 tomate natural
  18. aceite
  19. sal
  20. Mozzarella rallada

  1. Ponemos todos los ingredientes de los crepes en un vaso de la batidora y batimos hasta que no haya grumos
    Luego en una sartén antiadherente bien caliente, vamos añadiendo cazos haciendo los crepes, cuando se empecéa despegar la masa de la sartén damos la vuelta dejamos hacer otro poco por el lado y listo, como que fueran tortillas francesas pero muy finas, y reservamos
  2. Ahora hacemos la bechamel, ponemos la mantequilla una en cazuela a fuego medio, cuando se derrita añadimos sla harina, rehogamos un poco y vamos añadiendo la leche sin parar de dar vueltas, añadimos el avecrem desmenuzado y un poco de nuez moscada y seguimos haciendo hasta que este a nuestro gusto, tiene que quedar espesa pero tampoco demasiado por último añadimos los dos quesitos y seguimos removiendo hasta que se integren y no queden grumos, reservamos
  3. Por otro lado freímos en una sartén con un poco de aceite la pechuga entera, luego la desmenuzamos en un bol, añadimos el maíz, el tomate picado y vertemos unas cucharadas de la bechamel y mezclamos
  4. Ahora toca rellenar los crepes, ponemos una cucharada de la mezcla en cada crepes y hacemos el paquetito según os muestro
  5. Luego ponemos sobre una bandeja de horno
  6. Para terminar vertemos encima la bechamel restante y cubrimos con mozzarella rallada, y metemos al horno 180-200º hasta que esté dorado
