  4. Vamos añadiendo la leche a la vez que removemos con unas varillas. Tenemos que conseguir una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos.
  5. Cuando este la mezcla, añadimos los 3 huevos batidos y seguimos removiendo.
  6. Cuando tengamos todo bien mezclado, añadimos la margarina o mantequilla ya derretida.
  7. Asi pues, la masa ya la tenemos. Ahora toca poner una sarten antiadherente (importantisimo que sea antiadherente para que no se nos pegue) al fuego , yo las he hecho a fuego fuerte
  8. Cuando la sarten este caliente, cogemos masa del bol con un cazo y echamos un poco en el centro de la sarten, dandole vueltas a la sarten para que la masa quede homogenea por toda la base
  9. Dejamos que se dore por un lado y cuando este dorada, ayudándonos de una espátula de plástico o madera, le damos la vuelta y dejamos que se dore por el otro lado también.
  10. Una vez tengamos los crepes, podemos rellenarlos con lo que mas nos guste. Yo, en esta ocasion, los he hecho de nocilla y de jamon y queso.
    La verdad que estaban de toma pan y moja. Otro dia los haremos de otras cosas y asi experimentaremos sabores.
