Puse una feta de jamón crudo, tomates en gajos, un poco de parmesano rallado y hojitas de orégano fresco. En seguida doblamos una parte hacia arriba y los costados hacia adentro. Esa es una forma de doblar el crep.
  6. Algunos los rellené con los tomates secos y trocitos de muzarella. También jamón y orégano.
  7. Para la otra forma de doblar el crep puse el relleno más a lo largo, lo doblé todo a la mitad y luego lo mismo.
  8. Y prontos! Riquísimos y algo distinto. Salen 6 creps.
